Right after checkout you’ll see an order confirmation page, and a confirmation email with your order number goes to the address you entered. If it isn’t in your inbox within an hour, check spam or promotions. When your order ships, you’ll get a second email with tracking. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update once the carrier has the package. Still nothing? Reach out with the name and email you used at checkout and we’ll look it up.

Possibly, but only if you catch it early. Contact us as soon as you notice the mistake and include your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we usually can’t change it. Alcohol can’t be rerouted to a different state, and carriers limit address changes on these shipments. The best thing you can do is double-check the address before you submit. If an order comes back because the address was wrong, return and reshipping fees may apply.

No. We currently ship only within the United States, and not to every state. Alcohol shipping laws vary by state and sometimes by ZIP code, so we’ll confirm whether your address is eligible at checkout. We also can’t ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and arrive 2 to 4 business days after they ship. In most cases that means about a week from order to doorstep. Preorders and limited releases may run on a different timeline, and we’ll show that on the product page. Extreme heat or cold, severe weather, or carrier delays can push things back. Sometimes we’ll hold a shipment for a few days to protect the whiskey, because nobody wants a bottle that spent a day in a 100-degree truck.
